殷艺，男，汉族，1938年5月出生。现任中国书法家协会会员、江苏省书法家协会会员、河南名家书画艺术研究学会终身客座教授、湖南省直机关书画家协会创作中心高级书画师、镇江市书法家协会会员。作品曾多次在全国性的书法大展中获奖，并入稿《中国艺术家精品集成》、《中国书画名家名作典藏》、《中国诗书画人物年鉴（1949-2009）》等多部典集中。书法作品还参加国际交流在《中国-日本第25届国际书画大会》中获银奖，在《中国书画家优秀作品赴欧洲八国展》等拍卖中获金奖。还被授予“中国当代知名书画家的荣誉称号”。
